Form Assignment
I had this writing assignment and had to use a certain form to write a story. I used the police report form. This story is obviously not a "complete story" as it doesn't have the normal trigger, climax and resolution structure to it. But it is one I enjoyed writing and decided to share. Had to play with blogger to get the structure right.

REPORTING OFFICER'S NARRATIVE
Clearside Police Department | OCA 1997-031252 | |
Victim O'DYNCH SARAH | Offense MISSING PERSON | Date/Time Reported 02/11/97 – 17:06 |
I met with O. O'Dynch. O'Dynch told me that her daughter had not returned from elementary school yet. Sarah O'Dynch was supposed to be dropped by the school bus at 15:00 at the bus stop in front of the O'Dynch's house. O. O'Dynch had waited in front of the house waiting for her daughter but she was not part of the kids that got off the school bus. She then called St Gabriel Elementary School but was told that all the children had left the school's premises.
I conducted a search, patrolling the area between the school and the O'Dynch's house however I was unable to locate Sarah O'Dynch. I also conducted a search at the Oscar Ride Park and the Watergate Fall Park.
I made contact with NCC Operator Mark #229 who entered Sarah O'Dynch as missing at 2100 hours.
Detective Mark #312 and Detective North #623 responded and assisted in the investigation.
This case is active.
