1. @laurenkgray: I don't care if you're in PRSSA or not. If you are a PR student, you need to follow this amazing social media savvy PR student. And did I mention that she is PRSSA National President. My bad! Lauren K. Gray is a senior at Western Carolina University in North Carolina, majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and minoring in Marketing and Leadership. She isn't a stranger to lists like this.
2. @jess_noons: Although she isn't one to tweet regularly, do not doubt the amazingness of Jessica Noonan. As the immediate past National Vice President of Professional Development, Noonan has the vast networking and professional repertoire you need as a PR student who intends to transition effectively into the professional world. She is currently a client staff assistant at Burson-Marsteller and a recent grad of American University.
3. @AshMauder: The current FORUM Editor in Chief would be happy to have you as her followee, submitting articles for FORUM, PRSSA National's newsletter and Progression, PRSSA National's blog. Ashley Mauder's smiling avatar would do you no harm.
4. @LaurenRosePR: #Lauren2lauren! As National Vice President of Public Relations, Lauren Rosenbaum handles all PRSSA National's social media. So, if you're following @PRSSANational, then you better follow the woman behind the scenes.
5. @hi_ericabrown: Assistant Coordinator for PRSSA National Conference in San Francisco and an amazing photographer, Erica Brown's handle shouldn't be too far from your Twitter feed. She has also coined many great PRSSA hashtags.
6. @rsmithlove: A Fresno State senior, Firm Director of weTALKpr and Director of PR at CSUFresnoPRSSA, Reganie Smith-Love is definitely among of the big names you should know.
7. @BrianDPrice: As the National Vice President of Chapter Development and @K_Schmidt's successor, Brian Price's sense of humor is phenomenal. He is quite willing to help you out with your Chapter issues.
8. @IanMCrumm: A Sophomore and Vice President of his school's Chapter, Ian Michael Crumm is the future of PRSSA. He is the example of why you need to market PRSSA to underclassmen, and not exclusively to upperclassmen.
9. @K_Schmidt: Although Kendall Schmidt would be graduating in the fall, the immediate past National Vice President of Chapter Development and National President Nominee is one of the PRSSA resources readily available for you. Ask and it shall be provided. I shan't fail to mention her incredible sense of humor. Believe me, she's one person you want to follow.
10. @HilaryJurinak: I am in awe of National Vice President of Internships and Job Services' volunteering ability. And if her amazingly big heart doesn't warrant a huge follow, her position does. As National Vice President of Internships and Job Services, Hilary Jurinak is an incredible resource to you as a PRSSA Chapter member and a PR student professional.
11. KarissaEUrry: National Vice President of Regional Conferences, Karissa Urr's humor is legendary.
12. @SimonOh: Simon is the second grad I would have on this list. But he's amazing. Although he has graduated from California State Fullerton, he is still an active part of PRSSA. His #FF are also quite enlightening. Follow him to follow more notable PRSSA members.
13. @meltep: Senior at California State Fullerton and CSUFPRSSA's Professional Development Director, Melanie Tep should be on your follow list.
14. @rachaelsperling: A recent Goldkey awardee and UTPRSSA President, Rachael Sperling should be on your follow list.
15. @ds_lynne: Literally shooting myself in the foot for not listing Danielle Stewart earlier. As the PRSSA National Vice President of Professional Development, Danielle should be in your directory. Connect with her, far beyond Twitter.
16. @MARi_bears: President and former Vice President of ColumbiaPRSSA, Marissa Walters will be a component in the PRSSANC scene in San Francisco.
17. @mgflip: Mike DeFilippis, BUPRSSA President and coffee lover, tweets about all things PR, PRSSA and social media.
18. @Daniel_in_PR: As the SocialMedia Director for PRSSANC, Daniel E. Jackson should be on your PRSSANC list. I know he's excited to meet everyone in October.
19. @ADamJ0sEph: Ethics advocate and immediate past National President, Adam Joseph =ethics guru.
20. Whoever you think should win this spot. Truth is, there are a million and one awesome PRSSA people you need to follow on twitter. So, do you know someone that should be on this list and isn't? Create yours and share. Your list is my number 20.
I'm extremely glad that I'm part of an incredible society like PRSSA and I would love to connect with you too. Follow me at @PRMurewa and I will follow back. I hope to see everyone in San Francisco. Have a wonderful Friday evening.
